My account deleted???

Hi all
I don't know why but i can not log on sl. When i try to log in i see a message like this;

Login failed.
We are unable to complete your request at this time.
Please contact Second Life support for assistance at
http://secondlife.com/support.
if you are unable to change ypur password , please call (866) 476-9763.

I tried the support but nothing worked. And i have no chance to call that number.
When i try to log in to secondlife website with my account it says ;

Are you having a little trouble with your password or security
question? We can get this straightened out by talking to you.

Please call us: (866) 476-9763.

And i can't use any forums or options with my aacount. By the way this is my old account that i have never used (arda auer). My main account which i use everyday is ARDA ZERBINO). I cant connect with zerbino thats why i use this account.

I tried to log in both with secondlife and Release Candidate but can't log in with ARDA ZERBINO

I changed my pass too but can't log in
I logged in with arda auer and searched for ARDA ZERBINO and none found !

So i need serious help. I searched the forums and couldn't find anything about this.

What's the reason you can't call LL and straighten it out? There's really nothing any of us here can do.

In any case, I just searched in-world for Arda Zerbino, and I'm seeing the same thing as you. That name doesn't exist in-world. But I also searched the forums, and the name does exist here. There are two posts authored by Arda Zerbino, the most recent one dated October 30 of this year. /invalid_link.html

When was the last time you successfully logged in with that name?

It's been nearly 2 weeks since i didn't logon with ARDA ZERBINO. The posts of mine are more than 2 months old i think. I'm all confused now. I can't call sl cause i font have a phone or something like that.

You don't have a phone, but you have broadband? Interesting. Uh, how about knocking on a neighbor's door, and asking to use their phone? It's a free call, after all.

Got a headset or a microphone for your computer? If not, get one. Skype is only $3 a month for 10,000 minutes, or Voipcheap is totally free for 300 minutes each month. In this day and age, there's absolutely no reason why anyone in the world can't call any phone number they want.

That's right but i have no chance to make an abroad call. And i dont have a credit card. Anyways i'm still wondering that why i can't use my account anymore. I didn't do anything illegal or something like that. Damn!

What part of free 300 minutes didn't you understand? Just go to voipcheap.com, download their client, and make your call. If you've got a voice, an Internet connection, and a microphone, you can call anyone on the planet. Don't give up so easily.

The question from here is do you want to solve your problem, or do you just want to complain about it on a forum? If you want to solve it, call Linden Lab. If you want to complain, well, you've already done that.

I'm having the same problem as well...

I'm trying to access an ALT I forgot about....created about 9 or so months ago, maybe as long as a year by now. But the support portal said inactive accounts don't get deleted. I've never done anything wrong, especially on that account, never had payment info...

I wanna know what's going on too...maybe it's a glitch since more than one is having the same problem on the same day.

I've Just tried "voipcheap" but I couldn't call anyone. It said "your freetime has expired" even I didn't make any calls. So I'm getting really mad and can't find any solutions. Congrats second life!

If you can't get Voipcheap to work, either contact their tech support department, or use one of their competitors. There are dozens to choose from. I only found them by Googling for "free VOIP". They happened to be the first one that came up.

I hate to sound snippy, but really, be an adult about this. Potential solutions are endless. If one path doesn't seem to work, try another.

Well my partner Lana Madonna is having the same trouble, shes been in SL for 5 years, daily access, and since yesterday she seems to have vanished, cant login, cant access her account and I cant find her Inworld so this is nothing to do with rarely-used nicks as hers is used every day. We're hoping its an SL glitch they can fix soon. Yes she has sent a ticket about it
