Handicapped Dwell?

I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this...

First off, I don't plan on ever making a substantial profit off of Dwell, I don't expect much from it because I rarely have people on my plot of land. But yesterday, I held an event that lasted over an hour, and I ended up on the Popular Picks and everything for it--but my dwell payout was 1L.

I understand dwell calculations pretty well, and I did notice there were some people on the Popular Picks who had close to 20k dwell points. Is that really why my payout was 1L, or is there something wrong with my plot?

These kind of turnouts have been happening all week, even for labor day's dwell, which again was something like 1-3L after I had hosted an event on my land.

Any tips for me?
