Hi all,
i have my status set so that i am online to all my friends, and i am findable in search.
but on my friends list, my name isn't appearing. they just have a blank spot. if they view my profile from there, my name doesn't show up in my profile (all the other info, like picture & groups does though)
it is also happening in groups .... all that shows is a blank line where my name should be.
to make matters worse, i have the same thing with a few of my friends. just blank spaces where their names should be.
have i broken SL ?

Now that you mention it, I did notice a blank line on my Friends list yesterday... I was busy doing something else, so I didn't think of it at the time, but it might just be a temporary glitch.
It wasn't blank this morning.

i have the same thing goin on, just one of my friends is blank. All others are there. If I IM blank name its her. Pooor girl it really bugs her also lol

We're still finding the database loading and "missing name" problems in 1.25-- we're well on the track of it now, but we don't have it yet. We yesterday that it was going to take more than yesterday to find and fix those problems, so we knew it was not possible to get 1.25 out with confidence..
The point being, it's a know bug and they're working on it. |

some friends dont show on my list!

Hi,
I have the same problem!
I have a some friends showing as blank spots , when i double click the blank spot a spot opens up to chat with (no name) person!
i tried to remove that spot (friend whose spot i think belongs to him) told me that i was removed from his friends list!
I added him again, but still a blank spot for him! when also look for his profile (right click view profile) his name wont appear, but picture and groups does.
by the way when i try to view the profile for theblank line on my profile it opens an empty profile.
so wierd!
