Do Bulk Uploads work?
I just tried and got charged for each item in the 'bulk upload.'
Is it supposed to do that?

Is it supposed to do that? I use Bulk Upload all the time. You're correct, in that they ding you L$10 for each item uploaded. The only difference between doing a bulk upload, and uploading animations/sounds/textures individually is that when using the bulk upload, your object will have the filename extension on it (.WAV, .JPG, .BVH, etc.), while when uploading one-by-one, SL seems to strip this off. - Ace
