Transfered money from my PayPal to my XStreetSL acc, still have not gotten it. It's been 24 hrs

Same here, except I used an in world terminal, L$1200 down the tubes.

I sent an email to the support email addy the terminal gave me, and got a reply that LL no longer uses that email address and that it wouldnt be red, and that I should create a ticket.

BUT since I only have a basic account, I CANT CREATE A TICKET! So I guess I'm just out 1200 lindens. Thanks for nothing guys.

I tried submitting a ticket, but just kept getting kicked back to the faq page. I'll try the billing dept, but I'm pretty sure they only handle billing issues for preium accounts, such as their monthly payments etc.

If you explain the situation, im sure they will try to help, if they can't, be sure to ask them to point you in the direction where you can get assistance :)

I finally got a ticket turned in 2 days ago, got a reply that said,

We have some information about your issue.

Dear Taliesin Direwytch,


Thank you for contacting Linden Lab with your issue.

I have escalated your ticket to the correct department. They should be in contact with you shortly.

but 2 days and still nothing. yeah I can kiss that money goodbye I guess. :(

yeah well at least it's in the system and you probably got a reference number to quote to chase the ticket, so pursue it regularly and don't give up. I'm sure it'll get resolved :)
