In theory yes it should, although the graphics chipset isnt to great. SL often has trouble with ATI in comparison to Nvidia, the OpenGL support just isnt solid at all, i wouldnt expect great performance from it.

if this is a computer you already have, it should run ... you might have issues but theres nothing that some fiddling wouldnt fix
if this is a computer you were going to buy, theres alot better out there for the money

Assuming you can load SL, go to the Graphics Tab in preferences, click the Hardware button and uncheck the 'Use VBO', ATI card/chips can suffer issues with that checked.
