I am not computer savy but the wonderful lindes say if you cant log in to clear you dns cache. And to do that is to do a command prompt...ummm HELP..lol

For a Windows machine, press and hold the Windows key and press the R key. Then type "cmd" without quotes into the form that pops up, and press Enter.
That should get you a command prompt, and the rest of the instructions should be correct from there.

You can also get there by going to Programs menu > accessories > command prompt

Or Start > Run > type "command" and press enter.
Type exit at the C: prompt to close it when you're done.
