Attachments doesnt sync on other avatars

I look some of the avatars and their attachments esp their hairs seems to be off. I know this only happens on my screen. although i did solved this a bit by relogging SL but it doesnt always work. Is there another way to solve this? I tried looking on "advanced" menu but its too options many to go through... Thanks.

The shape of an avatar can be pretty dynamic, so, attachments won't always work the same from one to the next. (^_^)

About two months ago, I made some slider changes that didn't immediately affect my avatar shape, but, improved some overlap issues I found I was dealing with. After a while, I started putting attachments back on, and I found that my spine had relocated by a HUGE amount. My collars and such kept getting up in my chin. (>_<

Just a bit of adjusting, and all was well. (^_^)y
