Last night I tried to eject an avatar from my home parcel. The parcel is on mainland, deeded to group and my partner and I are group owners.
I right clicked on the target avatar, selected more on the pie menu and the eject and freeze options were both disabled. The target avatar was inside my house so clearly on my land parcel.
My partner right clicked on the avatar and, for her, the eject and freeze options were enabled but, when she clicked on eject, nothing happened. The option buttons for Eject / Eject & Ban / Cancel never appeared on her screen.
We did some testing with one of my alts and both of us saw both of these failure types as well as being able to eject normally. All occurred in random order and very intermittently. Sometimes we could eject without problem for several minutes then, for several minutes, it would consistently fail.
My neighbor, also a member of our group, experienced the same problems on our land. She was able to reproduce the failures on her own land which is not deeded to a group.
I did clear my cache and relog but the failures continued to happen.
My neighbor is concierge so she contacted support and had the region restarted. When the region came back online, the failure rate seemed to be reduced but still happened.

Edit to say that my neighbor was able to reproduce the failure on her non-deeded land.
