TPing Issues!

Ever since the most recent update TPing is a mjor issue for me. I end up having to relog to tp anywhere and that doesn't last long. Anyone else having TP issues?

seems to be issues with everything daily at the moment, transactions time out tp doesn't work, odd freezing, some very odd graphics glitches etc Welcome to SL

Doh i just wrote something about that, yes TP is wacky again, but always a way to get there, either by logging out and type in sim to log in on (wont work if its unresponsive tho), or teleport close to it.

"Whenever i get this, try teleporting to a sim close to you, less people ~ better, then teleport from there, or choose a sim right next to where you are spose to be going also sometimes work.

Reason this happen if the sim is slow or to many people there, one way to see this is ctrl-shift-1 , under simulator, checking for pending download / upload , if those are high teleports usually will fail along with attaching anyhing, so go to next door sim and try there.

But if it still stubborn only way to fix it, go to a sim wich isnt to busy, log out, log back in, then teleport as you can get "stuck" trying to attach something (wich seems to crash me if its goes on for to long)"


I should add this bug i guess, if you attach something to you and sim is to busy , client will crash if you dont get it in time on your avatar, seems to be happening every time attachment fails in a busy sim.

Im having TP problems too, thoguh they seem to be connected to the Map. About 50% of my landmarks simply don't show up in my Map when I select them, and as a result I can't TP to them, (unless I actually use the Search function and find them all over again). It doesn't seem to matter if Im trying to TP between laggy sims, or fast sims, or anything. It's like the landmarks are not connected to the Map, and won't show the Destination. I HATE having to Search before I can TP somewhere! Is similar to the problem you're having, Shayna?
