A friend is having some problems.
(1) Sometimes she is completely unable to see objects that are visible to other people. We put in a new bathroom, and half the shower and the entire bath is invisible to her.
(2) Sometimes objects appear clear and without colour to her. We had a game of chess and both white and black pieces looked identical to her. (She gamely played on anyway, but oddly enough I won).
Relogging didn't help, nor did flushing the cache.
Does anyone please know what could be causing these symptoms?

P.S. It seems to be consistently the same objects causing her problems, even after relog. Everyone else can see them just fine.
