can't buy linden help!!

Hey Guys,

I have been trying to buy lindens but i can't do it. When I entered my credit card number to the information it says "Not authorised"

Can anyone tell me how to buy it?

Call your credit card company and ask if there are any recent authorization failures. Some companies routinely refuse LL charges and you might have to tell them the charge is legitimate. Every. Damned. Time.

If they don't even have a record of it then something else went wrong. Check the numbers, dates and code you entered. Oh, yeah, I forgot. LL doesn't let you see the data you entered. The best you can do is re-enter it. Ugh.

If all else fails, put in a support ticket or call billing and ask them.

is this your first time buying lindys??

if so that could be the issue sl has this crazy notion that you have to have a account that is humm not sure how many mths old befor it will alow you to purchase lindys... they do not consider your avi legit till you atualy try to purchase lindys so the date starts from then not your aniversery date(when you first loged into sl)

stupid but true

also if you have bought lindys befor and your cc is new to sl that is they can take up to a day or so to find out if you are authorized to use the cc

This is happening with all of our household accounts. No one can buy anything through the game or site.

In game, it tells me to re-enter credit card info, which when you go to the page, and delete info, the next page to re-enter refuses to load.

In browser, after logging in and going through Lindex, the last page that should be a confirmation ends up in "error" message.
