Item missing from database

Hello Anyone who can answer this,

I have had several clients have issue with a new avatar I made. It seems that in my folder, all parts are there, but when either passed or purchased they get a error message stating "clothing parts are not found in database." Now I have them complete in the boxes and the ones put into SLX and OnRez and double checked them and all parts are in the boxes. This is the first time I have ever seen this before. All the sculpted and prim parts seem to appear but not the clothing bits. Any ideas or suggestions to tell them would be greatly appreciated.

Just re-save the items in question..
