System log me out

Hello. During last two days system starts to log me out sometimes. After that i can not log in for a hour or two. System writes:

"Login failed.
The system is logging you out right now.
Your Account will not be available until
--------- Pacific Time."

What the reason and what should i do?

That message is normal when you try relogging too quickly after disconnecting, crashing etc. It shouldn't take hours though to be able to log back in. A couple of minutes at most.

As to why you're being logged out in the first place, there could be a number of reasons. Most logical one would be that you are in fact disconnecting. The viewer shouldn't close by itself, unless you crashed, in which case you'll get a notification. If SL just stops responding and you can't move, you lost your internet connection.

Thanks for answer. Unfortunatelly the reason is not connection quality. I am loggin in with other character easy. And saw "logget out" character just standing in the game. When I try to send IM to "logged out" character - system doesn't report that the character is offline now. So, i think that problem is in account or region, where me character located. May be it's a system bug. I still hope to hear answers to my question from SL technical support.
