i can not do anything to my account

i restart my pc , moden , clear cash and nothing happend
i log with my acconut with SLim ,, and log in nworld with other avi but i can not log in with the avi which i always log in with it !!!!!!!!!!!
i sent ticket nothing happend
btw the problem is not not for thsis account ,
i'm waitting ......
