Billing support (outworld currency transactions) is available for all account types via phone, text chat or ticketing. You will be provided with contact information after going through the Solution Finder. Billing is available over the phone, through tickets or via text chat twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
Any Resident can contact us by phone at the following numbers:
* 800-294-1067 toll-free (US/Canada)
* 703-286-6277 long-distance (not free)
The Billing team is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
