hey guys,
I have been trying to buy lindens but I can't do it...
When I click to place buy order it gives me an error which is:
" We are unable to complete your request. • Could not charge account. • The system encountered an error while processing your order, please try again.
"
Whan should I do? Anyone knows about it?

I am having same problem - when inworld trying to buy lindens I got error message saying there was a problem with my paypal account - however when I logged into my paypal account I got no messages or indications that there was a problem! Tried to buy lindens through s\l website also - got less specific error message just saying there was a problem and to try later! Anyone from Linden Labs reading this as it sounds like a problem at your end rather than paypals.?

From: Peggy Paperdoll I don't have PayPal and have never used the service personally but the $L10,000 may be putting you over a single transaction limit for your account. That amount of Lindens equals about 37 USD........check with PayPal to make sure that is or is not the issue. If it is you might be able to increase that limit.
There is also the possibility that LL and PayPal have an agreement to limit the amount of any single transaction since there have been instances of account theft and people have lost real money. So check with Linden Lab also. this was the advice given to me when i had paypal issues. Log into Paypal, go to 'edit profile' and raise your limits. this 'should' solve the problem. jimbo

ok, forgive me if i'm teaching you to suck eggs. i'm assuming you have registered your credit card with LL via your 'My Account' page did you enter all the card information correctly? (just 1 wrong number will cause the card to not work) when did you register your card? sometimes it can a few hours to update your payment info. is there enough credit on your card to pay for the lindens. these are the only 3 options that spring to mind instantly. if you don't have any luck, try cancelling the card and re-entering the details. hope you get it sorted  jimbo

Credit Card Issue

I have been getting the same response and no one can help me. I contacted my internet provider and they said that it is not on their end. The Lindens have told me that something is blocking my access to the server but that can't be the case because everything else works.
