Ghost at Store

I have a ghost at my store. There is a green dot on the map for over 24 hours in the same spot. The green dot has a name and it shows up on Radar. When you arrive at a certain part of the store - this avatar floats across the floor - then vanishes through the walls.

I've had several people come over and take a look - they see the ghost (avatar) float across the floor then vanish - but we don't know what to do. I tried ejecting the avatar from land - it is still there. There are no objects on the property that are not mine - and we can't see anything in the ground, under the floor - nothing shows up using the control-alt-T feature.

While we tried Ghost Busting - this avatar was not online - but we see her float by.

I talked to the avatar, once they came online - and they say they know nothing about it.

Have you seen anything like this before? Do I need an Exorcist?

No. But a sim restart might do the trick.

Thank you, Peggy - that must have done the trick - the ghost is gone. That was just bizarre!
