Difficulty in editing prims attached to an avatar

I've been noticing this since the latest patch was released and it's driving me nerts!

After attaching a prim to an avatar, and resizing it or relocating it a time or three, I can no longer edit the prim any longer.

The prim can only be removed by detaching it in inventory or detaching it from the pie menu directly on the avatar (or by changing outfits).

This has effectively stopped me from making avatars for the time being.

Has anyone else seen this?

This is not happening to me.

I'd wait it out though. 1.3 is coming out monday.
