Has it ever worked for you? I'd suggest an older version of the ATI driver, 9.2 or 9.3.
Is your Windows up to date?

There are some JIRA issues that suggest setting an ATI Catylist Advanced AI setting to standard helps. Sorry if that's vague, I use Nvidia graphics, so I'm not very familiar with ATI's drivers.

Oh wait! I knew it! It was all too good to be true. I can login and play. But the graphics are totally wrong! I can't make heads or tails what i look like with this problem.
Any ideia on how to solve this graphical problem?

A screen shot of the graphics problems might help. Pending that, a more detailed description.

The usual suspect with ATI cards is "Vertex Buffer Objects". Under the Edit menu, Preferences, Graphics, go to "Hardware Options", and uncheck the box to enable VBO.
