Please Please Please Help Cant Log In

Everytime i try to log in i get a message saying "Login in failed, Unable to connect to a simulator" i have tried logging in to a diff location but this does not solve it! This only happens with this account i made a new account to see and it logged in fine. Can some one plllllllllllllllllzzz tell me how to fix this.

P.S i have not gone on sl for a year or so and it is not deactivated

If you have a router, try unplugging it for 20 seconds or so and then replugging it. Whenever that happens to me, it is my router when it is not actually SL.

I have done this but it didnt work its only this acount lol this is not good

I had that happen to me once. I could not log in with one account but could with another and that went on for a couple days. I even filed a support ticket over it. It turned out that the password I was trying to use was the wrong password........it was one of my legitmate passwords, entered correctly but it was for a completely different site than SL. Sounds so silly now but I had been re-entering that password repeatedly just "knowing" it was entered correctly...........which it was every time. Just the wrong one.

Just something to consider.

it is still not working ive added a ticket but as im not a premium account they couldnt really help pleaaaaaase some one know the answer pllllllllllleeeeeeeeaaaaassssseeeeee
