Credit Card Not Authorized

Im trying to update my billing information with my credit card but its giving the message not authorized
I tried 2 diffrent credit cards still getting the same message I typed all curecctly and the cards are good ....
what to do ?

Hi, Sometimes it happens, wait a while and try again, if you keep trying they can put a block on your card can credit card company!

Also some credit card companies may need to take the block off, it did happen to me , i rang them and they then allowed me to use it for sl!

It may be easier to set up a Paypal account, although if you want to use it to buy Lindens on the Lindex it needs to be a "verified" account (that is, be enabled to debit directly from your bank account).

Failing that, yes you need to get in touch with your bank and/or LL. This knowledge base article tells you the info you need to do that:

(Note: if you are not in the U.S., the 800 number they give for billing cannot be dialed toll-free from your phone or cell. However, it CAN be dialed toll-free using Skype from anywhere in the world!)
