No Payment Info on File?

I defiantly do have payment info on file according to LindenLabs (And it's been verified by them), but inworld I get the "No Payment Info on File" message on my profile.

This is currently disabling many things that I want to do, so is there any other step that I need to take? I figured all I had to do was enter the info, but it isn't verifying.

If you need any more info, just ask.

I just looked too, Dmitri and it definitely states no payment info on file.

I believe you need to hold a premium account in order for it to state this.

No I have a basic account and it says payment info used

Have you tried contacting LL, Dmitri? It sounds like a problem with their database. It's unlikely there's anything you can do on the user side to correct it. Give them a call, or shoot them an E-mail.

Contact support and they will change it my partner did same and they sorted it in a hour!
also you dont need a prem account to have it if you register a card it says on profile once LL has sorted it for you- payment info on file, once you credit cash to your account it will say payment info used!
