Does anyone else?!? I used to get an autoreply instantly. Now I never do and I never hear back from them either.
Linden's support really is below average, almost failing.

The lack of auto-reply could be overzealous blacklisting of spam sites by your ISP. Or it could be the auto responder is broken.
As far as responses to [email]support@secondlife.com[/email] I am of the opinion that they aren't reading or responding to them. I base this on their solicitation of bug reports that have taken on the order of 4 months to get a form letter reply saying that it was closed without being looked at. Of course I noted this in the forums and got no reply there either. Linden Lab isn't obliged to respond to you, but it sure is effective at alienating paying customers.
If you have a pressing in world problem I suggest you act as a squeaky wheel to any Linden that happens to be online. This may of course cause them to ban you but you pays your monthly fees and ya takes your chances. Impotence breeds contempt, absolute impotence breeds despair.

I reported the problem of not being able to log in to Knowledge Base. I got an auto reply that said I should find my answers in Knowledge Base. tee hee
