Hi, I have a major problem here. I cant get into or see the Mazaki sim, i crash every time i TP there, and when i stand next to the sim in Malamutopia i cant see it, it shows up as water...I really need help plz, and also it doesnt show up on my map, and i know its not down, because i had some one tp there and they got in just fine.

Standing the edge of a sim and not being able to see it, plus not being able to enter the sim sure sounds as though the sim is offline. I would try to contact the sim owner (if private) or LL if mainland and inquire the status and suggest a restart. If the sim is, in fact, healthy and up then a support ticket is the way to go.
