I have a problem... All characters in SL looks like the are melting! Everything else, all objects are fine, just characters are odd... Please help =) Thx!

Try searching the forums for the words "shredded," "tattered," or "scarecrow" - those are some of the other words people use to describe the problem I think you are seeing.
The solution is to disable "hardware skinning" somewhere in the advanced graphics preferences - if you do the search I suggested above you can find a more specific explanation of how to do it.
