Moving things from boxes to inventory

I am sure this is a stupid newbie question but gonna ask it anyways. When I open a box and there are a ton of items in it that I want to move to my inventory is there a way to select and move them all at once or do I have to sit there for days moving each thing with my poor tired mousy?

Since I'm here does anyone have good advice on how to control my inventory? It's a MESSSSS lol Someone should tell newbs when you drop something and pick it up you now have 2 of them lol or 30 <G> How do most people organize their items? By type, by name, by date, or like I'm doing a big gianty messy list that you spend hours searching through until you give up LOL.

Chris Omega has a script you can just drop in your object and it'll give everything to you. You can find it in the Scripting Library if memory serves.

Uh, cant you just use the sell contents feature and sell it to yourself or something?
