Hi,
Ever since I upgraded to 1.2.9 two issues have cropped up:
1. The global map wont allow me to drag and scroll smoothly -- it jumps around.
2. If I select certain regions (e.g., Shipley or Federal), it says "Could not find teleport within 1 km" and I can't teleport.
Just me?
I'm on a Mac.

Hm, the map worked fine for me earlier. I'll try the teleport thing sometime. My biggest problem is that SL likes to hard lock the system randomly  Force quit doesn't even kill it. I'm actually mildly worried that the system is overheating as a whole which is causing it. After running SL for about 45 minutes, I can't touch the bottom of the powerbook, it actually is painful to the touch. Scary.

Eek, I'd be careful with that, si. Even stressed out, my powerbook never gets so hot that it's painful... is your fan coming on properly?

Yup, it's coming on and works quite well for handling just about everything but SL. With SL running, there's one area of the bottom of the case about 1 inch square that gets hot enough it hurts.
