I recently returned some items to a person off my land by clicking the "Return Objects" button in the Objects tab of the Land window.

That was two days ago now. Apparently, none of their items have made it back to them. Is this a known problem?

First they came for the ageplayers,
I remained silent 'cause I wasn't an ageplayer

Then they came for the furries,
I didn't protest 'cause I wasn't a furry

Then they came for the goreans,
I didn't speak up because I wasn't gorean

Then they came for me,
and there wasn't anyone left to speak up for me

There is one EXTREMELY common problem that looks like not everything is returned. If several objects are returned at the same time, SL will bundle them into a single 'coalesced' object. In your inventory, the icon for a coalesced object looks like a stack of boxes instead of a single box. The coalesced object will be named for an apparently randomly chosen object in the bundle - for example, "Posing Stand".

When rezzed, the object turns out the be all the objects, which rez in the same relationship to each other that they originally had. So, it can be wise to rez a coalesced object that you think may be your house in open air, with an edit window already open. That way, all the objects in it will be simultaneously selected, and you can move the entire thing at once, easily.

That isn't a problem, it's how it is supposed to work. Years ago before coalescing, things were returned separately. That was horrible if you'd spent hours getting them in the correct position only to accidentaly have them returned by, say not wearing the correct group tag. With a coalesced group it's easy to put things back in place.
