Missing items in inventory!

Lastnight I noticed some items in my inventory are missing. clothes, shoes, etc.. not there. Also I make shapes and and all my damn shapes are done, only left is the folder. I hope its just temp problem, cause i better get my sh*t back. But SL has been very weird since yesterday. Even some of my neighbors land are actually done too, all thats there is water, its kind freaky. Anyone else having missing inventory items though?

It's been happening. The recommended steps usually include:

1. Clear the cache using the the SL preferences.

2. Find the folder named SecondLife Cache in your user data folder and delete it.

3. Log in to SL and TP to a quiet sim (sitting at the bottom of the ocean in a water sim is recommended).

4. Watch the counter at the top of your inventory telling you the number of items. When it slows down, try typing something into the search box of the inventory window. Repeat as needed if you have a large inventory.
