Turning off Interface

Can anyone tell me how to turn interface off when filming video on SL using Fraps? I don't want all the menus on the top and botton or for voicechat and radio showing in the video but can't seem to get rid of anything accept for the toolbar at the bottom. :/

Control Shift F1 should toggle the interface off and on.

CTRL-ALT-F1 toggles the UI off and on. That should do what you want.
