I have an alt. I haven't used her in a while. So I went to log her in, and the password wouldn't work. So I clicked the "forgot password" button on the website, and it sent a note to my email with a link to reset the password.
Now it's asking for last amount billed. Hello...it's an ALT. Linden has NEVER billed me for this one. I am a premium member for my primary, but at a different email address.
What gives?
