I have used the LL support in the last month a number of times and have found that the rate of action on support tickets has improved out of sight. Had one sim name change actioned in 10 minutes!!!!!! And, I have had sub-half hour response on 2 roll back requests today. Well done guys, I really appreciate the service.

Just a guess... They deployed the staff that handled all the now gone openspaces?  .

Those are the two types of tickets that have always had fast response times. The times you quoted seem like the average for the past two years at least, I don't remember much farther back.
Any ticket type that is handled by concierge is generally faster then the rest.
