Trouble with snapshots

Hi there... I'm seeking help with an overbearing issue as of late-- I've been trying to get some snapshots, and for a while, it allowed me to get them, but as of late, all I've gotten from attempting to use the feature is a headache and much frustration. It seems that everytime I try to save, everything goes as usual, until I go to edit the pictures-- I open the folder I save to and EVERY image I just saved is 0 bytes-- as if it only acts like its saving, but doing jack. ._. Anyone know of anything to do to remedy this?
