Crashing when I click Connect

Hi I am a newbie and for the past few days I have been able to connect no problem, now as soon as I click connect it comes up with the crash logger

I have emptied my cashe and reinastaled SL but it doesn help.

I have a RADEON X300 Series - if anyone could help I would be very grateful.

I am not tech minded at all though so you will have to imagine you are talking to a 5 year old.

OK to make this stranger - my roomie can log on under her Avatar on the same PC What is going on?
