It happens since yesterday, Just right after I clicked "Log-in" button, this message showed and it said "Log-in failed, your account will be unavaliable until 12:53 Pacific time but the time keep changing and Now I've been waiting for 14 hours. My friends told me my account is still online.... Anyone help ?

It sounds like you are ghosted. One fix: the sim you are in can be started and that will release you. Occasionally an IM, a 1L payment, or such will free a ghost but not often. If you are a physical kind of ghost someone can push you out of the sim to free you, but most ghosts aren't physical.

Where were you? Ask the sim owner for a restart if you can.
