Can't Access Media tab in About Land

I have recently been made an officer of a group, as well as estate manager of an island. I am unable to access the Media tab under World -> About Land, all of the options are greyed out. Under the Abilities section of the Group it says that I am one of the members with the ability to change the Music & Media setting under parcel settings but this does seem to be true.

Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can fix it? I need to be able to change the media settings for a project I am working on so any help would be great.

Are you in admin mode (ctrl + alt + v)?

I wasn't aware that existed, seems to have fixed it. Thank you very much :)

Edit:

I can access the media tab but any changes I make aren't saved, if I change anything it stays for about a second then reverts to what it was before...???

Sorry if it's a stupid question, but is the land owned by a group or just set to a group?

Parcel A, owned by a group where I have permission to change media, I can change the media settings

Parcel B, owned by a friend but set to a group where I have permission to change the media settings, I can't change them

It is land owned by a friend but set to a group. I take it that means that I won't be able to change anything unless the land is owned by the group? Is there a way to do that without changing anything such as who pays for it?

I think so, when you go to deed the land to group there's a checkbox that says "Owner makes contribution with deed," that should set it up so all of the required tier is accounted for by one person. If I remember correctly, the group will have a 10% discount on the land. Something like if it's 512m of land, only 466m of tier needs to be contributed. Or something, my math is wrong but you know

If auto-return is on, care may need to be taken that all of the objects on the land are set to the right group before you do the deed. Objects not set to the right group are subject to auto-return.

Just in case, here's lengthy knowledge base article about it:
