Lost Login Retieval Does Not Work

My friend kandy Caerndow lost her password. She asked me to try and help her retrieve her password. Actually she's pestering the heck out of me. Here's what she told me...

She tried logging in today. Second Life reports a bad username or password. (She swears that she did not change the password.) When she uses the password retrieval tool it sends her an email. She follows the link in the email and it asks for the last amount she charged on her credit card. She can't remember and is desperate to log in.
