I am trying to change some user preferences in the user control panel here in the forum.

Each time I change something and hit submit I get a box that says:

"Please make sure that you have completed all the required fields. These include username, password and email. Press the back button, correct the error and try again."

I'm sure it's something quite simple that I am missing, so far I have not been able to make any changes to my settings.

Any tips are greatly appreciated.

ooops :-) I figured it out.

Doh!

All I had to do was enter my email to complete the process.

(slinks back into cave)
