when i click to run secondlife the outter frame loads and jsut frezzes i read that updateing driver helps it so i did but still nothing happening, anyone can help ?

As a guess, you might try turning off Aeroglas.
Beyond that, system specs would be useful.
Resizing your picture to no more than 512 pixels across might make some people happier.
