I have done many searches for this topic and I haven't found anything that addresses it so forgive me if I am posting on a subject that has already been addressed.
I have had surprisingly few issues that I have needed support tickets for, however I have tried on one or two occasions to do so and I find that after I fill out the ticket and click to submit, the page simply runs for a few minutes and then I get an "unable to display page" message. The ticket doesn't go through and I cannot understand why.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
