These last 2 or 3 days I've been crashing a lot in game, anyone else has that problem? I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary, just the same as usual, and didnt install anything new either. I tried sytem restore 2 times but it didnt help.

There are so many things that could cause SL to crash. We really need more from you to help. I was just on for over 3 hours with two of those hours in a heavily populated sim for an event at a popular live music venue. Not only did I not crash, I did not experience much lag either.
What SL viewer are you using? How do you connect to SL (DSL, cable, etc)? What are your computer specs, including the video card? How much RAM does you system have? What operating system do you use? Are you using wireless on your home network? Anything besides "I'm crashing. Help me".
Sorry, but that's all I can offer with all that you've given us to work with.

gah wireless on your home network is still 5-30x faster than the fastest home internet service available
when LL says wireless they dont mean your 300mps wifi connection in your house litterly 10 feet away from the transceiver
they mean are you using some crappy ass 100$ a month 56k cellular connection

Well Alexandra, normally I would say that your cpu is getting too hot or your graphics card isn't so yiffy anymore. But... you are talking about 2 or 3 days, exactly the time when I started to get unusual freezes and an occasional crash.
Strangely enough it seems to happen most when a new avatar gets on the scene.

The problem, as I understand it, with wireless is that in some cases if the network is not toallly locked down there are "piggybackers" close enough to use the connection using it. And that most people don't lock their wireless networks down...............hell, they don't even encrypt it.
But, I don't use wireless myself. It's not the speed of the network verses the speed of your connection to internet. It's the quality of the connection.........how much interferrence that wireless transciever is recieving from sources outside the network.

if your in your own house its the same darn quality
you dont think that 20 ft of unsheilded, ungrounded cat 5 radio antenna isnt going to pick up the same RF interference as wireless??? in reality its going to pick up more becuase thats the nature of copper, its an energy sponge, thats why we use it to send and receive radio!
even if you put cat 5 wiring too close to an electrical outlet you go fom being able to transmit AND receive 100mbs to being able to transmit OR receive (not both) at 10mbs
and as far as piggybackers, most modern wifi networks are 54mbs to 300mbs, do you think a piggybacker is going to effect your wireless connection?? no they are going to affect your internet connection which is usually tops 12mbs
and realisticly most ppl that are too uninformed to secure their networks are surrounded by ppl of the same level, the chances of piggybacking are lower than the chances of being robbed in your own driveway
which ive been robbed in my own driveway 2 times now at gunpoint, but have never had a piggybacker on a unsecured network

Mainly I was wondering if there was a patch in the last few days and if others were crashing more then usual, usually I don't have any problem at all except a lag here and there, but here is some info about my system: my connection: DSL, RAM: 2.00 GB, video card: NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GS, adapter RAM 512 MB, system: Windows XP.
