Hi Guys can anyone help, when i log in i can't see anything, no ava, no objects, nothing,just a blue screen, no data downloads.......Help!!!! I have an alt that I can log in as and she is fine, but I want my Tory back!!!! Please can anyone help me?

Did you try to log in to another region?
How much items has your inventory? A friend of mine with a monster inventory (>60000) had this problem when connection to a laggy region.
Do you run any software like torrent or donkey in background?
Are you connected with WLAN? Then try wired.

Well if you can log in using another account then your set up is ok, so it sounds like your account is corrupted. You need to raise a ticket to have them look at it.

If only one account is acting up, you should first try clearing cache, and also see if you have anything unusual attached, especially on the HUD positions.
