Crash on startup

I seem to have a stange bug. I was shot in Immaculate and died. When I returned to my home point in Minna I immediatly crashed. I tried to relog on, and it said the home location was down, moving me to a new location. I was able to get one IM out before it crashed again.

Now I can no longer log in. I have tried both my previous and home location, I have reinstalled the software twice, the second time uninstalling everything first. I have rebooted my machine several times.

This is what happens...

1. I start Second Life
2. I hit connect
3. I get a dialoge saying my last location is not available, moving you to a new loaction
4. I get a "Clothing still downloading" message
5. I see the world pop into view, as I get a "Simulator is going down" message.

I have appeared now in DaBoom, Minna, and Freelon, all have said simulator going down before I can fully log in.

Please help me

I have tried reinstalling again twice more, to no avail. I haven't had any crashing issues in the past. I belive that somehow my account is corrupted.

Could someone please let Lynn Lippmann know that I crashed, and didn't abondon her Also Shantilly Lilly I got your message, I'll come help as soon as I am able to log in.

Right now a lot of sims seem to be down it just happens that your home location is down as well as the sim it tries to send you to? I don't know

Must be quite a few down. According to the mini map I have been moved to Minna, DaBoom, Freelon, Varney, Clara, and Ritch now, none worked.

All those were down as far as I saw... Heh maybe you are the one!!!!!! stop crashing sims TSK!

Well..you not alone Curie. I too am having the same problem. Everytime I attempt to log in..it logs me riight back out, and I too am being appearing in a bunch of different sims.

Still having the same issue here, but now I am not getting the sim down moving you message. <shrug>

Minna has crashed on me four times in the last 15 minutes! It has crashed a total of about 12 times all day (that I have seen). When I logged in this morning, Minna was down for about 30 minutes. It seems it has been crashing all day since it came back up. I understand problems are going to popup, but this is extremely annoying.

I don't think it's just Minna. When i crash the mini map has said I have been in Minna, DaBoom, Freelon, Varney, Clara, Ritch, and Oak Grove.

I am getting the sim down moving you message again now.

Apparently it was a corput item in my inventory that was causing all the trouble. It seems that every time I tried to log in I would crash whichever sim login tried to put me in.

I'm very sorry to anyone that was inconvienced today by the sim outages. I had no idea that it was my account causing trouble for everyone else.

Again my most sincere apology.

That's actually pretty funny. I logged in at noon EST today and saw multiple sims down, and contacted a Linden right away. It's interesting that one person caused the whole fiasco. No one blames you, Cua, hehe.

At least it's all fixed!
