but what i'm asking is if i can put my first name with a capital N
it shouldn't be a problem since i log in fine even if i write it all lowercase or all uppercase
its merely an aesthetic matter

No you can't. The only way to change your avatar name (even for the change you describe) is to get a new account.

And you can't register your name the way you want it ("Ninive Naire";) as a new account, because it will show the name as already in use.

If you're going to switch to a new account, you ought to do it quickly, before you accumulate any more inventory.

If you want to keep your first name, and want a last name that starts with N, you could look through slnamewatch.com to choose one:

http://slnamewatch.com/index.php?action=list_records&status_filter=active&sort_order=ASC&order_by=last_name&cur_page=8

Right now, today, the N's start near the bottom of that page.

Used to be while creating a new account there was a message warning that your first name is starting with a lower case and do you want to continue.
Do they not do that anymore?

no they haven't warned me

i like the name i have now, on the help page there's written that you can't change the name because of things connected to it
but if i can log in writing it all lowercase that mean that this kind of changes doesn't really matter, right?

If you look at what's written above your avatar's head you'll see that you're stuck with "ninive Naire" no matter what you type when you log in.

I understand what you're saying. It's a change that seems trivial, and it makes sense that you SHOULD be able to change such a thing, but LL doesn't see it that way.

They have a very complicated explanation about why you can't change your name, but it really comes down to their not wanting to.

Actually, you dont need a new account, you can just create a new avatar. You are allowed several if you have just the basic.I found this out,be doing a little research. They will all register under the same account. You just login with a different name and password.
