No login for a new user. GRRRR

Okay. I'm frustrated now. FIRST I didn't get an activation email and had to submit a ticket to get my account activated. Now, it's activated but I STILL can't log in.

I've already uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, etc. Now what? Any ideas??

If it matters, when I go to sign in, I put in my password (6 characters) and when it fails, the password window is has 16 characters in it????

I dunno. This is looking like a lot of wasted time just to get into a game IYKWIM.

Anyone have an idea how I can get in? Or get some support?

The password always shows a lot of dots. It's designed to hide the true number of characters in your password. Try going to the secondlife.com website and try logging in there. Is it saying your password is wrong?
