Well, for one week ago I updated my Basic Account to Premium, BUT for one week ago SL had server problems, and my account became basic again, all I wanna know is "have SL got my money or not?" I have sent 4 emails... [email]support@secondlife.com[/email], [email]billing@secondlife.com[/email], [email]support@lindenlab.com[/email] and [email]billing@lindenlab.com[/email]... plz help me... (how long does it take for the linden guys 2 answer my question?) I sent the email for 3-6 days ago
