Problem with Poseballs

Hello, I've been playing for about a year, and from time to time I've had this happen when I click to use a poseball. Until now it's always been someone else's poseball, so I never fretted over it. However, I recently bought a set of poseballs and it's happening with these too...

The poseballs rez on the ground perfectly fine, but when I click on it I'm suddenly below the floor, sort of half under the floor and half above, and mostly obscured. The animation works fine, but I'm stuck in the floor! I'm assuming it's a problem of alignment, maybe the poseballs need to be rezzed at a higher elevation off the floor?

I've even tried rezzing them on top of other objects, like beds, couches, boxes, etc, but the same problem occurs.

Can this problem be fixed? (keeping in mind that I'm not technically gifted, lol). I hope it can be fixed, because I paid $400 for the poseballs!

Can someone help me?

Sinimatic animations are like that.

You have to edit the poseball and inside the poseball is a configuration file with x,y,z, coordinates for you to experiment with.

You want to play with the Z so that the poseball is not placing you below it, and therefore into ground.

I hate buying animations that require i configure them via text file to use. I just don't use them and i have about 8 from Sinimatic that i refuse to configure.
