Memory. Add as much as you can. 1.5 gig or 2 gig if you can.

I just doubled mine, doubled my frame rate. 512 meg is barely enough to run SL. A lot of information must be constantly written to your hard drive as virtiual memory. That is slowing you down a lot.

Your packet loss is pretty high as well. Hit Ctrl>Shift>1 and look at the numbers. Bandwidth, ping sim, packet loss are the biggest connection bottleneck. The packet loss might be because of your hard drive being busy constantly. A Gig of memory is about US$50 nowdays.

Ok thank you, i've upgraded my Ram too 1gb, i can't afford anything else at the moment, that cost me $50 for the ram lol.

i'm still having this packet loss, is there any way too stop this from happening, could this be causing the slownes of my pc and my fps is running at 10 when i set my bandwidth too 190, what would you reecommend too set my bandwidth too.

My broadband speed is running at 4mbps.
