Iam a new user of SL. Yesterday installed the SL and today iam trying to open but i can not. The message "Second Life already is running"
Unistalled and again installed three times but the same message appears

Reboot your computer. You certainly shouldn't get that error message the first time you try to run SL after rebooting your computer. Not to say that you can't, but you shouldn't. What error message do you get the first time you run SL after rebooting your computer?
We'd need to know about your computer in order to give further advice.
What kind of computer, type of processor, operating system, amount of ram, type of video card, amount of video ram, version of video driver, and other such info.
